PRODUCTS · PEOPLE · OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS

See what works together.
Choose what belongs at your venue.

Explore individual offerings or build a combination. See what players, members, staff and audiences use—and follow the specific ways games, rewards, schedules and screens can connect.

01 / EXPLORE A SETUP

One offering. A few. Or a wider program.

The products serve different purposes. Use an example to get oriented, then change the selection. A connection shown here is an option to discuss, not an automatic feature of every installation.

See the full range, then select any product to inspect what it uses. Selecting several products makes their possible connections visible; it does not switch on those connections.

YOUR LOCATION · YOUR COMBINATION

Five offerings. Different roles.

Choose a product below to see the staff tools, player access and optional connections behind it.

Member identity

Used for BOB participation, Bingo-Opoly® ownership, the selected member benefits program. Signing in and joining an optional benefits program are different choices. This selection includes enrollment, welcome rewards and staff-issued benefits. Qualifying Tornado play can also support points and levels.

Schedules & events

Staff run local games and tournament sessions. Event listings can explain when and where a player can qualify. BOB has its own schedule and live-run process. Campaign dates and placements control the advertising program.

Staff & member tools

Staff configure and operate the selected services. Members view their own eligible items and use the right game or redemption path. An audience display is a separate viewing surface.

BETWEEN THE SELECTED OFFERINGS

Connections available to explore

Solid borders mark support that the selected path needs. Dashed borders mark optional links that must be configured.

Optional · configure separately

A qualifying Tornado result → a Bingo-Opoly chance

A supported pattern award can substitute a Bingo-Opoly chance for that pattern’s cash prize. The available links differ by Tornado game and denomination; select the board and qualifying pattern in the supported setup.

Optional · configure separately

Configured Bingo-Opoly rent → a member reward

In the supported Tornado-linked arrangement, the member earning the rent can receive the configured reward. Its eligible use follows the selected local or online arrangement.

Optional · configure separately

A BOB prize → a Bingo-Opoly chance

Bingo-Opoly can be the selected BOB prize type. After the award is finalized, staff or an enabled automatic service issues the chance. Choosing both games does not enable this connection automatically.

Optional · configure separately

Bingo-Opoly → an optional audience presentation

People in the room can watch eligible chance activity. The display supports the experience; players still take their chances through the player interface.

Needed for this path

BOB → its shared host and game display

BOB uses an audience screen alongside members’ phones. The screen presents the host and official game; each phone carries the member’s cards.

Needed for this path

Advertising → participating audience screens

Campaigns choose locations, dates and supported placements. Full-screen rotation can run when no game presentation is active.

Optional · configure separately

Advertising → enabled Bingo-Opoly placements

Bingo-Opoly has its own sponsorship setting. Supported banner and side placements depend on the selected game presentation.

Optional · configure separately

Advertising → enabled BOB placements

BOB sponsorship is configured separately from Bingo-Opoly. Full-screen ads use available time outside the central live-game presentation.

02 / FOLLOW A CONNECTION

See what happens next.

Follow an event, award or member action through the system. These examples show who receives the benefit, where choices branch and which steps remain separate.

Scheduled tournament → finishing-place award

A tournament can award two separate benefits

This is the scheduled online Tornado path. The prize row can select a member reward and a Bingo-Opoly board for a qualifying finishing place.

  1. Configure the scheduled tournament

Set the location or shared program, timing and finishing-place awards. The service rotates through available games and opens and closes the supported scheduled tournament.

  2. Play and establish the finishing places

Eligible members play with the tournament’s own entry and scoring rules. At close, the service processes the configured place awards.

At close: two separate awards when both are configured

Member reward

Assign the selected reward to the finishing member. The reward’s usage, location and validity rules govern how it can be used.

Use through the permitted game or staff redemption channel.

Bingo-Opoly chance

Separately issue a chance on the board selected for that prize row. The chance is its own entitlement.

Take the chance without first redeeming the member reward.

The pairing belongs to the tournament prize row. It is not an attribute of every member reward. A fallback participation reward does not automatically produce a chance.

Which member portal or member pages do people use?

The broader member experience can show My Items, rewards, Bingo-Opoly chances, location-specific amounts due, BOB prize history, event listings and enabled game entry points. An account can still be useful when no game is enabled for that member or location.

A separate Bingo-Opoly member portal focuses on the member’s profile, board summaries, properties and activity. It is not the same application as the online Tornado game interface. The proposed setup determines which views members receive and how they move between them.

How do calendars, schedules and tournaments differ?

A calendar helps people find events. The supported Gamut Tornado schedule also drives tournament open and close in a location or shared-program online service, which rotates through available games. Local venue tournaments use their own sales/session workflow.

BOB has its own schedule and live-run process. Preparing an occurrence is not the same as publishing the runnable game. The screen and participating member phones then follow that game’s official state.

Explore tournament options

Can one phone be used in different ways?

Yes, with the appropriate interface and operating arrangement. A phone on the local venue network can display Tornado ticket play. A member can use an enabled online Tornado interface, play a Bingo-Opoly chance, or join an eligible BOB game through the corresponding service.

The physical device does not make these the same type of play. Each path retains its own sign-in, location, entry and balance rules. Paper-only Tornado play needs no player device.

Explore paper, equipment and local BYOD

What is shared across locations—and what stays separate?

A configured program can connect member identity, selected benefits, event visibility, campaign targeting and supported shared game arrangements across participating locations. Each venue can still choose a different product mix.

That does not make every benefit spendable everywhere. Local tickets, promotional credit, online quantities, tournament balances, member rewards and money due retain their own usage and location rules. A demo should show the specific locations, eligibility and redemption paths in the proposed program.

This map explains supported operating patterns and optional connections. Product availability, equipment, participation, prizes and jurisdictional requirements are reviewed for the proposed installation. BOB’s host package and rollout are confirmed during that review. Read the detailed product connections.
